WHY DILL & ASSOCIATES?
Utilizing a pro-active approach, Dill & Associates recognizes the urgency of performing an early evaluation. Assessing recommendations and performing modifications result in higher performance and less chance for lost time. Conscience of cost effectiveness and striving for economic solutions associated with the interaction between the physical demand of the job and the individual capabilities and limitations of the human body are sought; risk factors and administrative controls are also considered.
Dill & Associates recognizes that ergonomics requires a team effort and that employee and management play significant roles in the prevention and correction of injuries in the workplace. Responsibility does not rest solely on the employer, rather the employee shares responsibility to prevent or stabilize injuries by utilizing proper body mechanics, recovery time, stretching and mini breaks opportunities that are made available to the employee.
Janet Dill, principal of Dill & Associates, has over eighteen years of experience in the field of rehabilitation; including ergonomics, vocational evaluation and rehabilitation, vocational testing, job accommodation, and medical management. Janet's primary focus is on reduction of lost time and early return to work. Additionally, she has experience with the SJDB/Voucher process and completion of appropriate forms.
